Have you ever gotten that question before? When you have that food item combined with something perhaps slightly untraditional. I myself have a few of my own ‘crazy combinations’ which I frequently enjoy. Take for instance:

Watermelon and Cinnamon

I prefer to eat my watermelon cubed rather then embarrass myself with juice dripping down my face

Most people top apples or pumpkins with cinnamon. If candles or soaps have a cinnamon smell they are usually associated with winter. Why I decided to start using cinnamon on the most summery fruit out there, I’ll never know. What I do know is that: I can not have watermelon without cinnamon sprinkled on top, it just seems like something is missing!

Pickles and Cheese

When I was a kid, my favourite after school snack was pickles and cheddar cheese. Talk about sodium overload.

Peanut Butter & Banana (normal) & NUTMEG

If someone gave me a peanut butter and banana sandwich with no nutmeg, I think I wouldn’t eat it. That’s how much better nutmeg enhances this dynamic duo!

Cheese-less Pizza and Peanut Butter

I’m a little ashamed of posting this one, because it really sounds gross. But it’s just one of those crazy things I love! I obviously wouldn’t eat a whole pizza this way, but there is something about having a slice of tomato-ey dough with peanut butter that just makes my taste buds happy.

What are your crazy combinations that you love?
