I was thrilled to read everyones comments on the whole ‘fewer snacks’ changes I wrote about during last weeks WIAW. My intent was to post a recipe on the weekend, but it seems I have fallen into a weekly posting routine again.
That said it has been awhile since I have shared links throughout a WIAW post, so today is the day I am going to tuck in a few links!
Big bowl of chocolate oat bran. Topped with greek yogurt and runny peanut flour sauce.
Oat bran is my “treat” breakfast in the sense that I rarely have the patience to make it. When I do feel inspired the night before to prepare some over night oats I always wake up to a pleasant surprise in the morning.
I really want to try creamy rice hot cereal but can’t be bothered to buy a whole bag given the number of half used food products I have in the pantry.

I never manage to get a photo of my lunch. Yet I have managed to get a photo of a snack (like I mentioned last week: I still have been having an afternoon snack).
Yogurt with protein powder and pumpkin seeds. No I do not have hand dandruff. The protein powder spilled over a little while I was stirring.

I’ve been experimenting with my microwave cookies recipe and so far it has been quite a success.
I wish I could get away with wearing makeup like that. I would only get a few stares.
