It wouldn’t be a regular week on my blog, if I didn’t have one post that was super quick and to the point:

The Point: You can save a lot of money on fancy teas if you buy the ingredients in bulk and mix it yourself. I’ve talked about the original Fired Up Fennel before, but when it ran out I decided to just “make” my own! Now I’ve got a few ideas up my sleeve for some other mixes.
Anise seeds, fennel, star anise, chili pepper

If you made your own tea mixture what type would it be? How do you save money on edibles?

Oh wow I never even know you could create your own tea mix! I think I’d put in some kind of chai, I love that flavor
Coupons galore help me save cash at the store, that and the bulk foods aisle heehee
Have a great Friday Sarah!!
What an interesting combo of flavors for tea! Sounds like it would be great if your sinuses were blocked up, nice and spicy!
Oh wow that’s awesome! I never even considered that you could make your own tea combos. That’s such a cool idea!
What a great idea! I’m not a huge tea drinker, but I love any idea that saves money, haha!
That is a strange combo, but a dash of chili powder in hot chocolate is amaaazing, so the tea is probably really tasty as well
That sounds really good! I love fennel teas.
I’m majorly obsessed with licorice teas right now (specifically the Yogi and Four O’Clock brands), so I would love to come up with my own version of those!
Haha I totally have this tea in my cupboard right now (obviously
) and I was like “oh my gosh” I can totally make this when I run out!!!!
This sounds like such a cool idea! I’m so doing it next time I hit up the bulk bins. I went a little crazy a few months ago and was just about to spend a lot of money on shipping costs for fancy teas. I’m so glad I didn’t do it!
This combinations sounds amazing, especially with the added spice!
