I’ve been real busy during my break so far. Only four more days before classes start! So much preparation is left to be done. I have managed to set up an extra dual monitor, and upgraded my hard drive size. That’s one thing checked off the to-do list.
Are you wondering whats on my screen? That’s the other thing I’ve been busy doing. I’ve been playing with my blog banner and I’ve come up with three new banners, help me decide which one to choose! (Click to see bigger size)

- 1/3 cup oat bran
- 2 tbsp flax seed
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1.5 cups of cold Pomegranate Raspberry with match Green Tea
- sweetener, dash of salt

All of the banners are wonderful, so whatever you choose will look great! I’m horrible at making decisions..like really horrible. I might be the most indecisive person ever and it really sucks because that gets me nowhere.

That oat bran looks so good! I love how you incorporated the “edibles” and “engineering” into the instructions. I make decisions by asking for others’ opinions usually, unless I feel like it’s something I really just have to DECIDE ON ALREADY.

Thanks! I used iphoto for the image coloring, and photoshop for layers, and text
I use a laptop. I love that I can take it anywhere. I haven’t used a desktop in years! If a choice I’m faced with isn’t a significant one, I try not to think too hard about my options and just pick one. If the choice is difficult, I’ll debate back and forth with myself for far too long. I’m not always the best decision maker! It’s actually something I’m trying to get better at. I think I waste too much time trying to decide on things.

I voted for 1 because you look just glowing in it! They are all awesome though. Pomegranate tea sounds lush. I’m the worst decision maker ever so always try to force making decisions on someone else!

I went with the first one though! Those oats look like the bomb. I’m checking out how to make the initial instructions now 
. Does the oat bran microwave the same as regular rolled oats? I don’t have oat bran 
It should work. Just change the amount of water/tea added. I use 1.5 times the suggested amount. For example the back of the oatbran says use 1 cup, so I use 1.5 cups. I’ve tried it with spelt, which suggests using 3/4 liquid, so I fill the 3/4 cup full once, and half full the second time. Then I still add in the same amount of eggwhites/chia seeds. If you don’t have chia seeds, i’ve used it with flax which worked
Oh my, I love using tea in oats! So delicious. I use a laptop, but I would love to have a desktop and a netbook/smaller notebook – if money were no object! I’m soaking in the days before classes start as well… it all happened so soon!
i love all those banners! i wish i were more computer savvy so that my blog would look more professional. oh well– i figure if i continue blogging for a year, then i can hire someone to make it look pretty! lol

your banners are great, how did you do them? I am so technology phobic when it comes to something like that, is the software downloadable or did you pay for it? sorry for the questions. never used tea in oats I do love adding hot chocolate though:p
I used a purchased software. I took a course once in school, and then did it as a hobby afterwords, otherwise I would be confused with all the buttons! I use tea in my oats all the time, it always adds a nice new flavor! I bet hot chocolate would be great too

I found myself becoming obsessive over creating the “perfect” banner. My husband probably looked at 3580425085 versions…I’d ask him questions like “does this font make it look too fluffy?” Haha!

I love all of them!! I really wish I had header-making talents… and a mac. I have a desktop pc and it overheats and is super slow and the screen doesn’t light up half the time. I hate it! Hoping to get a better one when I go to college. I usually go with my gut feeling on decisions or I ask someone that I trust. I’ve always heard that it’s best to go with your instincts. Whenever I don’t, I immediately can tell if I’ve made the wrong decision!
I use my laptop but it drives me nuts..I try to steal my boyfriends computer as much as I can because he has double monitors.
I wish I knew how to make my own banner..sigh.

I use my laptop but I have a desktop which I do use just because the screens so much bigger!
